Sales Director - USA, Remote
Summary of the Role
Precise TV, the leading contextual video and influencer advertising company trusted by some of the world’s top brands, is looking for an outstanding Sales Director in the US market with a proven record of revenue generation and a passion for digital and influencer advertising.
We want someone who loves our product offering and knows how to sell creative, data-driven solutions to new business prospects. You should be confident while staying humble, driven but collaborative, and as comfortable pitching video campaigns as you are discussing influencer strategy. You have a strong understanding of how brands can best leverage video, creators, and influencers to achieve advertising goals.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions to convey Precise TV’s combined video and influencer advertising value to prospects and demonstrate ROI or brand lift.
- Uncover and validate prospects’ critical business challenges to inform and demonstrate relevant Precise TV solutions across contextual video and influencer campaigns.
- Develop, influence, and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in marketing and media departments (brand, agency, and influencer teams).
- Drive growth by creating tailored collateral and sales narratives, identifying new leads, and actively prospecting with passion for outbounding and pitching.
- Collaborate with sales team members, advertising operations, influencer partnerships, product, research, and marketing teams to deliver client success.
- Consistently hit and exceed quarterly sales goals.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of successful sales experience focused on selling advertising or influencer marketing solutions.
- Experience with media sales, influencer partnerships, and uncovering stakeholder needs to develop multi-channel solutions.
- Ability to develop and present compelling pitch decks and proposals aligned to customer objectives across video and influencer campaigns.
- Business acumen and proven ability to connect digital and influencer advertising strategies to business outcomes.
- Track record of building and maximizing strong relationships with senior decision makers.
- Proven top performer with consistent quota achievement.
- Ability to educate customers about complex ideas, insights, or solutions in a clear and persuasive way.
- Results-driven mindset with experience measuring ROI and campaign impact.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills required.
Preferred
- Understanding of the online video and influencer advertising ecosystems, with focus on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, CTV, and AVOD.
- Experience selling into verticals such as Entertainment, Teens/Kids focused brands, Finance and Luxury is a plus.
- Background in influencer partnerships, creator collaborations, or branded content sales.
- Strong “hustle” mentality with desire to thrive in a dynamic startup environment where your input helps shape the future of our offerings.
