Revenue Operations Lead - London, UK
Summary of the Role
Precise TV, the leading contextual video ad targeting company trusted by some of the world's leading agencies and brands, is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead. We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic, and data-driven Head of Revenue Operations to drive the effectiveness of our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for optimising processes, enhancing data accuracy, and ensuring scalable revenue growth.
As a key partner to leadership, you will build and manage a high-performing Revenue Operations function, ensuring our teams have the tools, insights, and processes they need to maximise efficiency and drive revenue,
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a scalable Revenue Operations framework to support growth, efficiency, and predictability.
- Own and optimise the end-to-end revenue funnel, ensuring seamless lead flow, pipeline visibility, and accurate forecasting.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, including sales performance, pipeline velocity, and renewal trends.
- Lead the weekly sales pipeline call with the CCO.
Process & System Optimisation
- Oversee and refine the RevOps tech stack, including HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration and automation.
- Streamline and enhance sales, marketing, account management and ad operations processes, eliminating inefficiencies and driving revenue impact.
- Drive data accuracy and quality, implementing training, reporting, and governance to maintain clean and reliable data.
Performance Measurement & Enablement
- Develop and manage reporting dashboards, providing real-time insights on sales effectiveness, marketing performance, and customer retention.
- Own the commission plan, ensuring accurate sales compensation structures and alignment with business objectives.
- Work with the CCO, Sales leadership and cross functional teams to help define and refine seller onboarding including expectation setting with new sales hires.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to drive enablement, training, and process adoption.
Qualifications & Attributes
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within a high-growth SaaS, AdTech, or digital media environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data-driven insights to optimise performance.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, and other GTM tools, with a strong understanding of CRM, automation, and reporting best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
- Experience in digital advertising, media, or AdTech is a plus, particularly within CTV, YouTube, or programmatic advertising.
