Mobile Gaming Sales Director - USA, Remote

Summary of the Role

Precise TV, the leading contextual video ad targeting company trusted by some of the world's leading brands, is looking for an outstanding Sales Director in the US market with a proven record of revenue generation and a passion for selling In-App Advertising.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling engaging ad units and mini-games within our popular mobile app gaming platform. You'll develop relationships with brands and agencies, understand the mobile gaming landscape, and create customised solutions that deliver value to brands.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead discussions to convey Precise TV’s value to prospects on the value of in-app advertising.
  • Solicit and validate prospect’s critical business issues to inform and demonstrate relevant Precise TV solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop, influence and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in marketing departments and agency teams.  
  • You will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the US market. In some instances you will work directly on a global account and or with team members in other markets. 
  • Prospect and build relationships with potential advertisers.
  • Deeply understand the mobile gaming landscape.
  • Craft compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of your ad units and mini-games.
  • Work in a team environment, collaborating with sales team members, the advertising operations team, product, research and marketing departments. 
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing models that benefit both the company and the advertiser.
  • Hit and exceed quarterly sales goals.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B advertising sales, preferably in the mobile space.
  • Ability to develop and present compelling pitch decks and proposals aligned to customer’s marketing objectives. 
  • Business experience and knowledge of using digital advertising to drive business objectives.
  • Track record of building and maximising strong relationships with key contacts at prospect accounts.
  • Proven top performer of consistently achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to educate customers about complex ideas, insights or solutions in an elegant, articulate and meaningful way.
  • You enjoy the creative process of identifying opportunities to engage audiences to solve an advertiser's marketing objectives. 
  • Can ‘do attitude’ and a team player with a collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent communication, writing and speaking skills required.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of the Mobile Gaming Industry. 
  • Experience with competitive pitching and moving more money into In-App and YouTube offering. 
  • An ambitious individual with a desire to work in a dynamic startup environment where your input can help shape our offerings.
