As we grow, we're seeking a hard working and ambitious Finance Assistant to join the team. You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative environment where you’ll gain broad, hands-on finance experience. This will be a great time to join us and build a strong foundation in your finance career.
As our Finance Assistant, you’ll support the Finance Manager with a wide variety of tasks. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to work quickly and accurately on your own initiative will be key to success.
The Company offers Significant career acceleration within a supportive and dynamic environment, Flexible working arrangements, with 2-3 days per week in our London office and study support for learning and development, including progression towards a professional qualification in finance and accounting such as ACA / ACCA / CIMA.
Core Responsibilities:
● Assisting with payments, vendor registrations and invoicing
● Processing invoices and expenses with attention to detail
● Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions
● Helping to prepare financial reports and spreadsheets
● Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
● Maintaining accurate and organised financial records
● Business partnering with other teams to ensure smooth financial operations
● Taking on ad-hoc finance projects to broaden your experience

Experience & Qualifications:
- Studying or part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA.
- At least 1 year experience in a finance department. Digital Advertising industry experience would be an advantage.
- Strong Academics. A degree in Finance or Business fields would be an advantage.
