Precise TV, the leading contextual video ad targeting company trusted by some of the world's leading brands, is looking for an outstanding Business Development Representative in the US market with a strong work ethic, ambition and drive.
We want someone who loves our product offering and knows how to reach, engage and build excitement with new business prospects. You should be confident while staying humble, you work hard, and know how to have fun.
- Generate sales leads through outbound email, calling and other methods
- Book meetings with prospects for the sales team and lead score their quality
- Closely collaborate with Precise TV’s US sales team to identify prospects and strategize how to reach new business goals
- Work in a team environment, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to reach Precise TV’s goals
- Identify best practices and a playbook for outbound prospecting
- Update and maintain tracking in Hubspot
- Hit and exceed quarterly goals
- 1-2 years of outbound sales experience OR unrelated professional experience with a strong desire to move into sales
- Strong understanding of lead generation and development best practices
- You are creative in your approach, leveraging social media to find conversation starters - some might call you a 'digital sleuth'
- Organized and able to outbound across a multitude of channels and prospects.
- Never settle; always looking for ways to improve
- You are high energy, with a relentless drive and a built-in sense of urgency and have the ability to work remotely
- Ability to work independently and comfortably in a remote environment
- Team player able to work across multiple teams to achieve company goals
- Can do attitude
- Excellent communication, writing and speaking skills required
- Understanding of the online video advertising ecosystem with particular focus on YouTube, TikTok, CTV, AVOD or TV
- Strong 'hustle' mentality with desire to work in a dynamic startup environment where your input can help shape our offerings
