Summary of the Role

The Account Coordinator will be a key player in our U.S. team, working closely with Sales and Strategy to develop tailored media recommendations and targeting strategies for prospective clients. This role involves deep collaboration with internal teams to build 3C targeting frameworks, curate channel and app lists, construct media plans, and contribute to pitch decks. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting sales efforts with compelling data-driven solutions.

We specialize in leveraging advanced technology and data-driven insights to maximize ROI and drive exceptional results for our clients. We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support pre-sales initiatives, helping shape campaign strategies and media plans. This role requires a passion for digital advertising, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to craft innovative solutions for clients.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build and refine 3C targeting strategies to align with client campaign goals.
  • Develop curated YouTube channel lists and gaming app lists based on audience insights.
  • Construct media plans that align with client KPIs and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Ad Ops teams to develop innovative pre-sales proposals.
  • Assist in the creation of pitch decks by providing media strategy insights and campaign planning recommendations.
  • Support Sales with audience insights and platform best practices to strengthen client proposals.
  • Stay up to date on YouTube, CTV, and digital video trends to inform strategy and recommendations.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to campaign activation.

About You:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or media planning, ideally with YouTube, CTV, or paid social experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Experience in audience targeting, media planning, and digital strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex media strategies clearly.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Google Ads or YouTube certification is a plus.
  • Can-do attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
