Precise TV, a leading tech-enabled video performance company delivering industry leading results for our clients on YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Mobile Gaming and CTV; and is looking for an expert in performance campaign strategies to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is a blend of account manager, digital analyst & campaign manager who can work together within our growing Ad Operations team in the US. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan & create advanced campaigns on YouTube,TikTok and Meta for key clients using our Precise TV platform & proprietary data to ensure relevance and brand suitability
  • Work closely with the US team and clients.
  • Run performance and pixel based activity for key clients.
  • Deliver data-driven, strategic recommendations to optimize YouTube strategies to achieve set KPIs
  • Post-campaign: Translate data into relevant, actionable and measurable insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our key clients to ensure we are building trust and loyalty
  • Work with our global sales team in US, UK and Australia on global account strategies
  • Work with our Ad Operations & Data Analytics team to ensure consistent measurement & achievement of agreed KPIs with your clients
  • Support and mentor other team members

Experience & Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of Google Ads experience
  • Experience with DV360, Meta or TikTok media buying would be beneficial
  • Google ads certification in at least one of Search, Shopping or Video 
  • Experienced in managing sizeable campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organization skills
  • A university degree or relevant higher education qualification is beneficial
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
